KitzSki Living is centrally located right next to the Hahnenkamm cable car and just a few steps away from Hahnenkamm railway station. This means you can reach us easily by train or bus and start your mountain adventure right on our doorstep.

In summer, KitzSki Living is the ideal starting point for hikes and cycle tours. With ‘Bike in, Bike out’, you’re straight onto the cycle paths or hiking trails around the Hahnenkamm. Cycle shops and sports shops are located right next to the accommodation.

The central P1 Hahnenkamm car park is situated directly in front of the house and is available to our guests free of charge.

The centre of Kitzbühel can be reached in about 5 minutes. Numerous cafés, restaurants, shops, cultural attractions and events await you there.
